  1. You can download music called "Emotional World Music for Yoga" for doing practice of 108 sun salutations.
  2. As my understanding of yoga has increased that knowledge has transferred onto the squash court in terms of strength, balance and position. It’s also helped me understand that the pace I need on court doesn’t just come from doing speed work, it can come from the strength and balance work I’m doing alongside it. Learning a lot about yoga postures/poses, what muscle groups you need for that, has transferred onto the court and helped me get into that deep lunge position that we use so much in squash.
  3. Most yoga classes are attended by a majority of fit, flexible females in tight clothes. But, contrary to what you might think, it’s not just a sport for sexy ladies. And we have tons of reasons why you should be doing it—other than picking up women. With yoga, you’ll hone your mental focus, rid your system of toxins, and maybe even boost your performance in the bedroom. You’ll even be able to touch your toes—improved flexibility is a bonus for just about every sport. Yes, the real results of regular yoga practice are quite practical, and you don’t need any special equipment—just a few square feet of space and a mat. Here’s how that extra bit of stretching will not only enhance your other workouts, but also your life. These 4 key yoga poses for men will help you ease into a practice and ease into your body. Although they are relatively simple, they are deeply therapeutic as well as strength building. 1. Child’s Pose 2. High Lunge 3. Crescent Pose 4. Yogic Squat
  4. Such a great book it is. All the topics explained precisely. Thanks for sharing.
  5. It is your acting not only reading that will get you the best results. These 2 books gave me the framework that I need to take action. 1. The Alchemist – by Paulo Coelho 2. 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People – by Stephen R. Covey
  6. I think being a yoga teacher there is no need to be nervous if you are confident enough about your yoga training. If you attend a classes for yoga teacher training, and you introduce yourself as a yoga teacher than people all over there may not treat you like an ordinary person because they have a mind set that if you are a teacher than you must be better than them. It may be possible that they ask you their query or suggestion instead of your yoga teacher out there.
  7. For me, strength days do incorporate some lifting, but they are just as likely to be purely yoga. So whether I'm lifting or just sticking to my mat, I use classical sun salutations as my go-to warm up.
  8. You can practice yoga on daily basis. But its up to you because it depends on what you want to achieve. Generally you can practice full body yoga for 10 min and then add additional stretches whenever you feel any specific part of your body requires more attention. There are so many options that it may also depend on time and your schedule.
  9. No, it's not sin. Yoga is just exercise. It's not religious unless you make it religious.
