  1. Saying hello to this new forum! I did a little poking around the site before deciding to commit and join. Looking forward to being a part of this community! I've always enjoyed yoga, particularly my Saturday morning Iyengar classes but have not been very dedicated. Currently going through some loss of pregnancy stuff and thought that focusing on a more dedicated yoga practice would be helpful in healing my head and heart, as well as tone up my neglected muscles.
