  4. Hi!! I've been doing yoga on and off but just recently, I've been more serious about it. But, I've always had a hard time with my breathing. As in I don't know when to inhale or exhale or if I'm doing it right. Any tips? Thanks in advance!

  6. Hello (: My name is Maryann and I have started working out at an early age and eating healthy but I have never really too interested in Yoga until recently. I have been practicing more and more yoga and I simply love it. This is my third consecutive day and I already feel a lot better. I joined this community because I love to support others and sometimes, in the harder times, I will need some support too (: My dream is to become a personal trainer as well as teach some classes here and there and maybe even some yoga classes as I get more experience. I also study in university to be a nutritionist. I can't wait to meet you all, have a great day!! ♥
