I'm slowly becoming a tea convert
For bagged tea: Tazo Passion, Tazo Baked Apple Cinnamon (the old one, the newer one is okay but it doesn't have as rich of a caramel/rooibos taste) and the ever elusive Numi Decaf Black Vanilla
For loose: I don't tend to drink loose as much but I like the Youthberry / Wild Orange Blossom blend at Teavana. It's fairly expensive but every once in a while I like to treat myself to it

I can't really handle green tea, I wish I could

I'm a little late to the party, but I too was like "maybe I should put this on my face" and I LOVE it. My pillow smells like coconut too (I use it as a night cream/makeup remover) so that's an added bonus I haven't used it for much else other than skin and hair though.

I love breakfast! I start every morning with lemon juice and lukewarm water (before my yoga session) and then I try to change the meal every morning, here are my favourites: overnight raw porridges, homemade granola with yogurt or non dairy milk, soft boiled eggs, bread with olive oil, ricotta cheese and dukkah or zataar, avocado, pancakes, always a fresh fruit, some nuts and a cup of green tea.

Does anyone else enjoy music while they practice? If I am not following a video, I usually put on an album and get to work. Although there are many relaxation tracks on youtube and whatnot, I find that albums by some of my favorite artists are really great to have playing during my practice.

Here are some of my favorites:

Childish Gambino - Kauai, Because The Internet
    Nujabes - Metaphorical Music
John Mayer - Battle Studies, Where The Light Is
Frank Ocean - Channel Orange, Nostalgia Ultra
    any N.E.R.D. album
    alt-J - An Awesome Wave
    Incubus - Morning View

    What are some of yours?

A few current favorite songs for yoga (they're mostly instrumental cuz otherwise I'll start singing along and there goes my focus haha):

    Walk-Phaeleh Remix by Ludovico Einaudi
My friends never die (little people remix) by Odesza
Jai Sita Ram-instrumental by MC Yogi
Flux by Garth Stevenson (esp if you turn it up so you can really hear the 808)
    Basique by Little People
An old peasant like me by Explosions in the sky & david wingo

I definitely recommend the Purely Twins HIIT workouts! They have all kinds that focus on different body parts, mixing in strength, AMRAP, etc - I do them once a week ish and always get a killer workout.

I love them because they're done fast! I used to do 45 min cardio sessions and my husband was like why are you doing that? It's not going to get you what you want to achieve. (He's against long-distance running because it burns muscle or something instead of burning fat? I have no idea.) Anyway! My jump rope hiit routine is here, and for other hiit routines I just use youtube. Search fitness blender. It's a husband and wife team, and I like that they have a variety of lengths and are always switching it up.

I'm a night shift nurse at a small rural hospital. I work 3-4 12 hour shifts a week. We train in all areas of the hospital because we don't do specialized areas. All areas are special to a rural hospital nurse! It's feast or famine. We're either running our legs off or sitting at computers (no written charting anymore!) I take the quiet nights to catch up on all my yoga studies! My feet and lower back tend to give me the most trouble along with my left shoulder from my chest to mid back. Computer work I guess. Yoga saves me as does massage and chiropractic visits 2 couple times a month.

Retail... It's a bear I'm really fortunate to not have to sit all day (did that at my last job, blech,) but the constant motion can get tough. During peak season standing in one place for 8 hrs + is the worst. Back, knees, ankles, feet. Yowch!

I also work part time at a riding stables & shoveling constantly tightens the shoulders and neck up like mad.

yes!! I wish I could find a decaf that tastes just like it.  I am so caffeine sensitive that I can only drink it in the morning,  I switch to tazo passion tea and refresh tea in the afternoons.

I just ordered some teas from teavana a couple of days ago. I ordered the strawberry blush rose oolong, dragonfruit devotional herbal, marshmellow macaron herbal, gingerbread loose leaf black teas. I can't wait to get them! I I also love to mix them sometimes.

ok not a big deal for some people, but i knew today's (november 3) yoga sequence would be rough for me...it was so quiet lol

Taking a picture was definitely eye opening. I used to be much more flexible but in forward fold I apparently have a nearly flat back. C'mon hips, lets work this out! I'm keeping my pics in the pic gallery since I do not use Instagram.
