  1. I love the idea of accountability and yoga journal! I have found that I am one of those people who hates to work out, but I feel so much better after I do. I used to be really fit and in shape because I biked and walked 3 miles round trip to class every day for six months. I was the skinniest I've ever been! But then I graduated from college and my life became way more sedentary (also started a new relationship and that's also where my motivation went ). So I won't work out unless I'm accountable to others and/or I can actually see my progress. I apparently don't care about making commitments to myself. But I'm glad Candace has some five minute yogas, cause those would be perfect on the mornings when I have to wake up at 4 to get to work by 5.
  2. Hello everyone! I am MJ, and I live in central Ohio. I have been doing yoga on and off for about five or six years; I get into it for a couple weeks and then slack off for six months before starting it up again. I found Candace on Pinterest and then followed to Youtube; I thought a forum would help to keep me going longer than two weeks!
