  1. I have been dealing with a hamstring injury for almost two years now. Yoga has helped a bit but where my hamstrings attach to my sit bones always hurts no matter how careful I am with my forward bends, or my down dogs I just can't get it to heal up and become flexible. Does anyone have any suggestions I really want to move forward with my yoga practice but I don't want to make the hamstrings worse. Thanks so much!
