  1. I love 8 Angle Pose. I am working hard on this one. It does take so much body strength but I feel like if I work on this daily I will master it. It is most difficult to get my leg straight. I can lift myself and come to the Forward position but have yet to get my leg straight. I am using my blocks as well.! Great video for me your direction is perfect!
  2. Hello!! I am excited for this 20 day challenge and to meet some new people! This is my first yoga challenge and I am somewhat new to yoga. I am choosing Baby Grasshopper pose! @slp2017 I would love to be your partner if you haven't found one! I am new the forum as well so bare with me. Posting photos I am also unsure how to do! LOL
