  1. I took a class, but I am thinking about just doing it by myself with Fightmaster's videos on youtube. I just was wondering if it's supposed to be literally the same every time or can i do it in different order?
  2. I really like how challenging ashtanga is, but i'm thinking do i do exactly the same sequence every single time i do it? or is it possible to have different sequences and maybe sometimes shorter practices that 1:30 hour? Thanks Love Katja
