Hello, I`ve had some knee pain since beginning of this year, I`ve taken supplements for the joints and trying to protect them while working out, I am interested in some advice about how to avoid incorrect postures or movements, which precise exercises I should avoid or modify in order to protect my knees, maybe a video would be helpful for other people too.
