  2. hi, I'm looking for a book or internet resource (i can't find anything for now) about the benefits of each asana, like for example one which can be good for anxiety (panic attack lungs oppression), heartbreak (ball in the throat), anger (with liver releasing) etc, if you have any tips it would be nice, then i can adapt my (beginner) practise with my mood. merci
