  1. Hello all, I have been in the army for 12 years and I have a strict weight training/cardio routine. For the last year or so I’ve been on a break from lifting to focus on cardio and I have found to incorporate yoga into that. I’m thinking of getting back into power lifting and was wondering if anyone had any idea of what or how I could still continue a strengthening and stretching yoga routine. I generally lift 6 days a week but would be willing to cut down to three days a week (skipping a day between each muscle group) and thought of how I would add yoga to the mix. I am also curious was what yoga would be best to make up a routine. PS I am still very much new to the yoga world doing mainly at home yoga videos.
