  1. Day one is a wrap! Felt a little wibbly wobbly, but stronger. I recently added a running regimen before my practice and the extra adrenaline gives me that extra boost. I did manage to get into the baby grasshopper position, but that's about all, but it is a start. Good luck everyone!
  2. Hi everyone, I am Gigi and I'm checking in from Mississippi. I have been trying to get into a regular yoga practice routine for a long time and it wasn't until I found your videos online that my journey truly began. Thanks ever so much!!!!
