  2. HI! my name is Katie and I have been practicing yoga for a few months now and i have greatly improved! I love your site and all the helpful tips and I use the videos you post for a good amount of my practice. but my question is I have been working towards 2 legged king pidgeon (I think that's what it is called) anyhoo what can i do to improve my back flexibility inorder to do it correctly?
