  1. i post my Pic 2 days ago , not in the same place and not the same clothes but i going to do it again this weekend. i must admit my back feel a LOT better.
  2. i'm secretary and student i sit literally all day long (15 hr) and the few minutes i have for lunch, break i stretch my body all the time i can, when i started yoga I realized my bad posture when sitting, eventually I started to cramp, but I avoid sitting all day, and try to keep up at least half an hour and do a lot of forward fold, goddess pose and warrior 1, and it feels good

  5. i'cant wait to start .. still isn't Nov 1 first? and i'm going to add another pose which is boat pose aside from my goal (camel pose)
  6. Hi i'm always ended up doing Pigeon, downward dog, dancer pose and on the top Forward fold i just love this pose cause since i started yoga in march-April, forward fold was a challenge for me(still is a challenge) but i love how my body has achieve little by little this pose .
