  1. Standing splits and Grasshopper sound like good hip openers for me. Grasshopper will be a challenge but I would love to see progress! Thanks for these challenges I love them!
  2. Heading to my mat now...I am thinking wheel pose...I have such tightness in my chest and shoulders and what a great pose to work on that! I may get daring and post to IG...will see! Thanks so much for putting this together!
