  1. Hey Candace, I've seen your post on spreading the toes (, though I can't seem to be able to fully grasp this concept. It seems I'm always under or overstretching the toes, and my toe flexibility does not increase despite my gains in hamstring and calf range of movement. Also, among the many Yoga books I've bought I've never seen a single one mentioning spreading the toes. I think such quintessential concept deserves a closer look. Would you mind deeper covering the subject, this time with exercises focused on toe spreading? With more photos, closer shoots of your feet at various angles (dorsal, sides, soles, etc) and a video? Thanks in advance and keep up with the awesome work!
