  1. Hi Candace. Has been at the physiotherapist and found out what it is with my back. My hip is not symmetric its leaning forward on the left side and back at the right side. I have not been practicing yoga for a while and im not feeling good if i dont practicing yoga. I have started 28 day heart opening project but i dont think my hip can handle it,so i wonder if you have some others 30 day yoga program that you can recommend?? I get to practice yoga for my physiotherapist but i can not squat or stand on one leg. My hips can not rotate too much. I really hope you could help me out. Love Melinda.
  2. Hello. I have trained a bit on the crow today ,can tell its been a while . I can get my knees up to my triceps but i do like that i have the knees outside of the arms at the elbows,otherwise i cant do it.I think its easier but i have to get more arm strenght before i dare to lift up my feet, i used the yogablock today and rock gently back and forth to check the weight. So i will used my yoga block and pracice crow pose with.
  3. Hello yogis! What is the difference between making utthita hasta padangusthasana doing seated and standing? I can do it when im sitting down but not when i stand up. When i stand up i can not keep my back straight and my leg is bent,but when i sit down im straight in the back and can keep both straight out on the sides. Why is it so?? Someone who knows the difference? Namaste Melinda.
  4. Thanks so much for your answers!! Its very helpful. Crow pose have to wait a while, when i get pain in my right knee i destroyed my meniscus a few years a go. Must also train the muscles in my stomach more so i can stay up in the pose. Thanks everyone.
  5. Hi Candace. First i want to thank you for the video about warming up the hand and wrists, i do it every time before i"ll do yoga. I intend to begin yoga with you,will just finish them 30 days yoga challenge i do.Can i start on the month i want or i'll start on the month you are on? Hope you understand what i mean. Namaste.   7. Hi Candace! I wonder if its easier to start a crow pose with their knees level with your elbows? I have read that the higher up you have your knees more difficult it is to keep balance? Is that so? Namaste love Melinda.
  8. Hello Candace! When i train on Crow pose, i get bruise on the upper arms and knees,is this normal? Have noticed that after i have been practicing yoga,i get hurt just next to the spine between the shoulder blades, so does hurt when i pull my shoulders back and up. Wondering what it could be? Could it be an inflammation of my spine or is it just tight muscles? What can i do about it? Hope you get this. Melinda.
