  2. Hi! I am writing from New Brunswick, Canada. I have been practicing yoga on and off for about 5 years. I travelled to Nepal a few years ago and was fortunate enough to be able to stay in a monastery (without electricity and a day long walk up a mountain!) and I think I've been in love with yoga and meditation ever since. I would say I am intermediate or so; I'm loving the monthly challenges and working towards advanced poses. Namaste
  3. I am a registered nurse and I work on a cardiac/medical unit! I work 12 hour days and nights, rotating. Days I am mostly on my feet, and nights I am mostly sitting and doing paperwork unless there is an emergency. Mentally I am usually exhausted, but not much physically hurts while I am at work, except my feet at the end of the day. Flipping back and forth usually just leaves me tired for a few days, but I find yoga has really been helping me with my mental health, relaxes me/ helps me get back into my regular sleep cycle and ability to let the stressful stuff go!
