    Your pose looks good. I think there is only one thing to work on, you're letting your belly pop out, try to find some control and containment there. Picture here see how the belly is really pulled in. Go to this video and practice this pose, just pay attention to the part about pushing the tailbone down towards the toes and lifting the belly, don't let the belly sag. Don't worry too much about the other instructions for that pose, just need to work on that part. I know it seems like a much different pose but it is the same action to get things straightened out in that area. Let me know if this was helpful, give a try then take another picture to see if there is a difference. Your legs look good but for a reminder - strong straight legs, gently squeezing together, point through the toes.

    I usually consider yoga to be only asana, even though I know that there's more to it. I just keep telling myself that I have no time for things like meditation, chanting and the like, while I know my reason is just that I find asana most fun part of yoga..

    I just registered for the forum, never quite noticed so many people are doing the challenge! I've been doing the March and April challenges and I love it so much! It really gives me the motivation to hop on the mat every day. For both the projects I've been working on dancer's pose, because balance is not my greatest strength.     I'm loving reading about everyone's progress and experience and hear your tips for staying motivated!! So happy for you all!!! I haven't practiced in a few days because I twisted my ankle while in New York and literally haven't left the couch in three days. Really doing a number on me, actually, I feel really bummed out because what I love more than anything is being a go-go-go kind of person, getting up early, buzzing around the house, working at my desk, and then running off to the gym in the afternoon for a break, doing my errands, and coming home to work a bit more. Being confined to the house is brutal for me.
