I am just over 13 weeks pregnant, I have been unwell for the first 12 weeks with bad nausea and sickness as well as fatigue. I did try to practice but I would just vomit. I am now feeling better and i want to start my practice again but being so ill has made me nervous. I have also lost so much movement in my body/flexibility i feel stiff and weak.
please can you recommend a way for me to get back into the swing of things, some simple flows or variations.
I would also really appreciate it if you could recommend any pregnancy yoga forums, or blogs anything with a yoga and pregnancy community.
