  1. Hi Candace, I am just over 13 weeks pregnant, I have been unwell for the first 12 weeks with bad nausea and sickness as well as fatigue. I did try to practice but I would just vomit. I am now feeling better and i want to start my practice again but being so ill has made me nervous. I have also lost so much movement in my body/flexibility i feel stiff and weak. please can you recommend a way for me to get back into the swing of things, some simple flows or variations. I would also really appreciate it if you could recommend any pregnancy yoga forums, or blogs anything with a yoga and pregnancy community. kindest regards and well wishes, your an amazing person, thank you for helping me and continuing to inspire us all.   2. Hello Everyone, I am Amy and I live in Ealing, West London, UK. I am almost celebrating my first year of practicing yoga I am still a newbie but some people i know say I need to have more confidence in my practice and ability, happy with my journey. Now my journey is changing so i am excited to see how my practice changes. here's to pregnancy and baby yoga. Love candace love this community
