Hi everyone! I've been doing yoga since I was a little kid but have maintained my own practice for the last 19 years.  I'm looking for balance in my life and a more positive attitude and have been getting deeper into yoga as a result. I'm also recovering from injuries both from capoeira (Brazilian martial art) and from sitting at a desk all day long.  I found out about YBC while searching Pinterest for yoga to help with neck and shoulder pain a few months ago.  Your story is inspiring Candace! I look forward to your book and hope to make it to one of your retreats I. The next couple of years.
