Chest pain...(post split from thread "hello")

Hello everybody! I'm brand new here and i have some questions. I believe that with yoga i can forget about my chest pain but i don't know where to start. I have the pain because few years ago i break free a big weight on my chest. (in the gym while i was working out) So: What i should do? Where to start? Thank tou a lot!
