Downward-Facing Dog // Lift Left Leg

Hello,

 

in the downward-facing dog pose I have the problem to lift my left leg. :( How can I fix this problem?

Practice near the wall, resting your foot on it as you elevate. This will allow you to work on the flexibility aspect, until you have the strength part mastered.

From table top (neutral position in cat/cow) straighten and hold your leg back. Keep pose for a while to strengthen the hip....from this position, try raising and lowering the leg

warrior 3 can also strengthen the leg ...using the wall to help build up strength and endurance
