Does anyone have any goals for the new year?

I'm still working on Kapotasana. It's been almost 2 years now. I have noticed an improvement with B version but A not there, yet.

My goal for 2017 is to become better at life in general. Less stress more yoga and a lot more happiness. Balance and relaxation will certainly help in these areas. I will be 59 this year and thanks to yoga I can out work my employees in their 20's and still cut grass on an acre yard with a push mower.

I have quite a few goals actually XD but yoga related is to get my front splits on both sides and hold a bound headstand with straight legs and possibly variations. Right now I can only do the one leg up. 

Since I've been using intermittent fasting lately, I always want to do fasted yoga in the morning on days that it's possible and do my own personal practice (in other words without a video) at least twice a week.
