This is one of my many favourite divine chants of Shiva ! I usually play it during meditation and helps me to take into deeper layers of my being

Om is the best. The best sound. The best music capable of undo all negative energies, and by the way brings tranquillity. It makes you more sattvic in mood.

Another good chant is Ham-Sa. I will give a brief account of doing here.

1. Sit in a Meditative posture
2. Close your eyes
3. Watch your breath, make it slow and rhythmic
4. Chant "Ham" internally while Inhaling
5. Chant "Sa" internally while exhaling
