Best practice for circulation issues?

I know that all yoga will help with improving blood flow, but I am looking to start a 30 day challenge and wonder what would be the best one for helping with circulation issues?

I don't really know specifics for you but all yoga, movement, exercise will increase circulation. Just like you wrote. Inversions, legs up the wall may be good ones.

When you mention issues, are you referring to a specific medical condition? If so, your best solution would be to discuss this with and take the advice of your own professional medical practitioner. Forums are great to learn the best way to get into pigeon pose, but not necessarily the best place to get medical advice
