New to yoga

Hello there, 

My name is Casey, I'm 28 years old and I'm married. I recently gave birth to my second daughter and have been feeling really depressed so i started doing yoga on youtube. Ive one done it three days though. today I'm just not feeling it. I'm lightheaded and i feel weak. is it ok to take break days? I thought i should just push through it but my body and mind are not having it. I'm distracted, and just really tired. Has anyone else felt this way?
