I'd like to do some longer yoga practices by using multiple videos. For example, I want to practice yoga with Candace's 30 min. yoga for balance and then 30 min. feel good heart opening yoga videos. Since they are full practices, they include floor poses and savasana. Should I just practice the whole way through the first video, skip savasana, move on to the next video and do savasana at the end of my entire practice? What are your thoughts?
