Any Tips?

Do you have any tips for moving into the full expression of dancer's pose? I'm hoping to reach the full expression by the end of our progress project. I'm not sure if I'll get there, but I'm hoping to get as close as possible to it and that I'll be able to see progress in my photos!

Hmmm tips - lots of chest opening, shoulder opening, back bending and hip flexor work. Watch that standing leg knee, and make sure you're lifting the kneecap to engage the leg muscles so you don't hyperextend. The yin practice might be really great for you, or just breathing 5 mins in the chest opener in that sequence. Sooooo good for the chest/shoulder area. Keep at it, and stay positive, and you'll get there. If it doesn't come at the end of this project, no worries!
