Hi guys ! I was jus wondering if any of you have noticed a difference in your practice depending on the weather, on mine I noticed that since it is getting cooler it takes me longer to warmup my muscles

Yes, absolutely! This is why some people like hot yoga because it warms the muscles up. In Winter I tend to put a heater on for 10 minutes before beginning because I find the same.

The other day it was hot here and I was literally slipping all over my mat, and didn't have the stamina I usually do.

I'll do some sort of cardio to get warmed up.  I generally do my workouts and beginning Yoga practice in my garage. Here in Oregon it can get fairly cold in there in the mornings.  Once I get warmed and break a sweat, then I am set.  Before I do any bendy stretchy things I have to be warm.   : :)
