New Relationship And Health

Hi everyone!

I just started dating someone and it's going really well, like seeing him every day well....the problem is since I started seeing him I'm getting like 4-5 hours of sleep as opposed to the 8 I'm used to. Because of that I haven't been able to wake up and go to the gym before work. My yoga post-work home practice is also suffering because when I get home I need get ready to go out.

Advice? 

(I am very much aware and grateful that this is a happy predicament to be in.) :)

Congrats on a new, exciting relationship!! I would maybe start to set certain days aside where you can make time for yourself - maybe you don't need to practice yoga or go to the gym every single day, but maybe three times a week would work for you? From there, just make a commitment to yourself and to him to be sure to get quality sleep the night before so you will have the energy to get up and get your workout or yoga practice in. When we take care of ourselves, we make far better partners ;) Keep us posted!
