Knee Level With Elbows.

Hi Candace! I wonder if its easier to start a crow pose with their knees level with your elbows? I have read that the higher up you have your knees more difficult it is to keep balance? Is that so? Namaste love Melinda.

I'm not sure it's easier to balance that way. I'd argue that the balance improves when we take the gaze (aka drishti) out in front and on the ground rather than straight down (watch the latest AAYQ video to see). Keeping the knees by the elbows means that the hips aren't as open, and it might invite the legs to "rest" on the arms rather than what we want, which is to engage the core and pull up, if that makes sense. :)
