Yoga For Long-Legged People

Hello, I have very long legs and a very short torso.  Because of this I find some poses hard to do (crow, Upavistha Konasana B, etc).  I chose crow as my balance pose this month so any help for that would be appreciated.

Hey there! Try the tip I give for crow pose in this post. For you, it'll likely be a matter of really trying to round the back and hugging the knees in as close as you can (hip flexibility). I hope that'll help!
