Help With My Signature

2 posts in this topic

I remember this wonderful advice in my signature from a class a took a long time ago. Unfortunately i do not remember the teacher's name as I would like to give her credit.

I am not so good with the written English language sometimes. Breath, breathe, breathing? Can someone offer the correct spelling for this context. Or maybe correct the phrase.

This is an expression I hear a lot in yoga, and I believe it originates in the Yoga Stura itself. Perhaps someone who has done teacher training would be more familiar with the source and the exact quote.

I think if you modified your signature to "Yoga is breath. Do not allow the posture to damage your breathing" it would be more grammatically correct English.

I love the mantra though, it is so important.

Hope that helps :)
