Hi Candace. Has been at the physiotherapist and found out what it is with my back. My hip is not symmetric its leaning forward on the left side and back at the right side. I have not been practicing yoga for a while and im not feeling good if i dont practicing yoga. I have started 28 day heart opening project but i dont think my hip can handle it,so i wonder if you have some others 30 day yoga program that you can recommend?? I get to practice yoga for my physiotherapist but i can not squat or stand on one leg. My hips can not rotate too much. I really hope you could help me out. Love Melinda.

The 30 Day Programs are pretty dynamic and vary between power and restorative... I would just practice using the Gentle Yoga Playlist on the youtube channel and see how you do there... I wish I could be more helpful....
