Pre-class warmups

I am not sure if this has been discussed already, but I'd like to know what you feel would be the best pre-class warm up.

I typically show up to class up to 15 minutes early to loosen up.

Can you discuss (or create a video showing) the exercises you think most beneficial before class.

I think it depends on what you're needing on that particular day. If I'm really, really tired and need a little boost before a power class, for example, I'll do an energizing pose (all inversions are energizing) like headstand. If you need to loosen up cuz you've been sitting all day, I'll do gentle hip openers and the like.
