Larry, I answered your question as you asked it. Except Scorpion is an intermediate pose... Maybe Vrschikasana II , handstand scorpion is advanced. Except I can do that one too. And I consider myself a beginner - intermediate. There are a few beginner poses that I can't do very well.

I attend one class per week and the rest of the time I practice at home! I'm loving hip openings at the moment because my job is very desk bound..

I am currently only doing the 15 minute videos. I fell off the wagon for a while, so I am slowly getting back to doing my practice. Oddly enough, I am very flexible, can bend down and palm the floor w/o bending knees and things like that. I hope I can stay with it because it really seems to help my arthritis issues. :)

The "How long have you been practicing" question isn't easy to answer as I've been doing yoga sparadically since about 2010, but picked it up more seriously a few months ago. The 'started recently' option seemed most appropriate.
