Hi Candace! First of all, I have to say I love your yoga videos and also your blog - and lately, I've seen that you also share your gym workouts online on the blog or on instagram - like this https://instagram.com/p/4jQMBgCB_F/

I'm just wondering if you're now doing more circuit workouts/crossfit inspired workouts? Because I really like it, and I'd like to try something like that. Could you maybe do a short post on this? Like how do you plan this type of workouts (or are you following a plan online or from a personal trainer?)
