How do I plan a home program?

I'm a newbie and there is not a yoga studio close by where I live.  I have been doing the 31 Day New You Program and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I want to continue but I'm not exactly sure how to set up a program for myself.  I'm going to continue doing the videos but I want to set up a program up that will be well rounded.  I have fibromyalgia so having the rest day every 3 or 4 days has helped so that my body is not over doing it.  Thanks for any help!!!
