Core Workout Using Yoga Blocks

I have my own core workout that i do daily, but im looking for something that i can correlate my blocks into. Any suggestions?

Lay down on back..block under small of back, feet up in air, very slowly bring the legs down until your heels are barely off the ground, let them rest and then slowly bring the legs back up again (maybe thirty seconds down, then thirty seconds back up).
