That sounds good. Maybe an even easier version; lying on the back with legs in a V and holding the big toes? Bend the knees if necessary. Which is starting to look like happy baby pose. I like calling it the dead bug pose.

I always like as many little steps as possible. Thanks, this is really helpful. It is a really good pose, this way everyone can benefit if the full version is too much.
