Hello all,

I've been reading this site for a little while now, and am on day 3 of the newest 30 day challenge. I started with yoga years ago, but fell away from it and have recently started up again. I love how I feel after a session, and just need to keep reminding myself of that feeling when I'm desperately trying to talk myself out of doing anything other than relaxing on the couch after a long day. I'm a full time working momma to a very active 19 month old boy, so it's hard for me to carve out time for myself. I love Candace's videos because I can do them in my own time and feel like I get a great, challenging workout. Actually got in to a headstand tonight for the first time ever, so not too shabby!!  

 

I'm looking forward to meeting new people and would love to see if there is anyone in my area as an accountability buddy (live north of Boston).
