Greetings and Introduction

Hello community members!

I am somewhat new to the community. I have been following the blog for about a year now but am now joining in the fun. 

I started practicing yoga a year ago after a horrible sciatica flare up. I practiced on and off, and started grad school in the fall. I was doing pretty well until this past semester I had another flare up because I was sitting so much, also- stress. So a month and a half ago I started really committing to the practice and I feel so much better. I have a weird relationship with exercise and I'm farther away from family and friends, so I thought I would join the community to get some support and encouragement!

I am excited to see what this brings!
